Done it.
After something like two years' work, the first draft of Penny Dreadful is written.
69 pages, which is nine too many so it'll have to be cut, but that can wait for tomorrow.
It's printed out and on the table in front of me. A stack of paper an inch thick with its title and my name on the front.
Unbelievable.
Those of you who've volunteered to read it, stand by for a 160kb PDF file sometime in the next couple of days.
By the way – the mobile access to the net that we have while we're on holiday charges according to how much data we use… this is why I haven't been replying to many of your comments or making comments on your journals… not because I have suddenly forgotten my manners… normal service will resume eventually…
